This course will give you the resources to balance your business life with quality time for family and recreation while improving your customer service.
At the end of class, attendees will:
• Be able to identify the elements of a goal and review the steps necessary to set goals properly. • Learn that priority setting is the premier time management component. • Learn the difference between setting tasks & completing goals. • Review time management techniques for life management results. • Examine the different types of goals and how important it is to structure them properly. • Identify tools that are required to yield efficient systems for running a better business and personal life.
