The Basics: Assistance Animals

Description

Question: Can a miniature horse be a Service Animal? If you can't answer this question without looking on Google, then you might need this class!

Students will learn how to differentiate between the different types of assistance animals and what are the responsibilities as Realtors® when working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. By the end of the course, Students will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complex and sensitive issues that arise in this area, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as Tennessee Laws and promoting equal access to housing for individuals with disabilities.
