HomeTeam Inspection Service of Knoxville.  We are centrally located in Seymour and support real estate offices, agents, buyers, and homeowners from Gatlinburg to Oak ridge.  We bring a team of inspectors onsite, which provides a more thorough, efficient home inspection, and we deliver on our brand promise to be fast, trusted and accurate.  

Being a local owner within a national franchise network brings many advantages to my business, such as training and technology validated by over 25 years in the home inspection business.  By using an integrated team and technology approach, we are usually able to fully complete the inspection on a normal sized home in approximately 2 hours, and send the completed clear and concise report the same day, often just a few hours after the onsite inspection is completed.  

After 36 years in the hospitality industry, where I used my management skills various certifications in food safety and cross functional leaderships roles, I decided to leave the hospitality industry, acquire my Home Inspection license, and begin a new role, Home Inspector and Business Owner. Since we use a team approach, we are able to schedule only 1-2 days out.   We perform whole house inspections, radon testing, pool inspection, and have a partnership with Arrow for termite letter. My passion in this is to help my clients develop a relationship with their home, we accomplish this by attention to detail and education on general home maintenance.  My team currently consists of myself and my daughter. Our goal is to grow the business to several teams, so we can better serve our wide territory, and so that we can focus on making sure the agents and clients we serve are delighted on a daily basis.
