This course is designed to provide new real estate agents a basic understanding of the Lifecycle of a Transaction which includes understanding the timeline of a contract, how to manage deadline dates and the various entities that handle all aspects of the process. 

In this class you will: 

•Review the necessary steps to take after a contract is accepted. 

•Understand the entities and roles that others play in the transaction process. 

•Learn how to map out dates on a contract and create a timeline that can be followed to ensure that all requirements and deadlines are met. 

•Review regulatory and compliance requirements.
