Seth loved his family and friends, loved flying airplanes and was a licensed pilot. Seth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Margie Price and his maternal grandparents Clarence and Jannis Cutshall. Seth is survived by his mother, Patricia Cutshall Price, his father, Dwight Price, and his sister, Sara Price. He was survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. 

The family will receive friends at Smith Funeral and Cremation Service located at 1402 Tuckaleechee Pike in Maryville on Thursday, March 9 from 5 to 7 p.m. Services will follow at 7 p.m. Reverend Charles Ballard will be officiating.
